摘要
钢筋的外形特征对钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结性能有很大的影响。冷轧螺旋钢筋作为一种新型钢筋,目前国内对该类型钢筋的研究不多,针对这一现状,进行了4组不同外形钢筋拉拔试件在单调加载下的拔出试验。试验结果表明:冷轧螺旋钢筋具有较大的黏结强度,与混凝土具有较好的共同工作性能。同时采用分离式模型,引入内聚力黏结模型,并以冷轧螺旋钢筋拉拔试验结果为参照,利用abaqus建立该类型钢筋拉拔试验的计算模型。通过与试验结果的比较,结果符合较好,验证了该计算模型的合理性。
External shape of steel bar have great effect on bond-slip relationship between steel bar and concrete.Because cold-rolled spiral steel bar is a newly developed,currently studies on it are seldom.Four groups of pullout specimens with different shape steel bars are tested under monotonic loads.The results show that cold-rolled spiral steel bar has excellent bonded performance,and can work with concrete well.The cohe-sive zone model(CZM)is used to simulate bond-slip relationship between steel bar and concrete in a separate model.The experiment of cold-rolled spiral steel bar is calibration experiment,which is simulated by abaqus.A good agreement is obtained between numerical results and experimental results,which shows the model is reasonable.
