摘要
近年来全球糖尿病患者的数量增长速度惊人。2007—2008年中国受糖尿病影响的人群达9300万,已成为严重影响国人身心健康的公共卫生问题。糖尿病医学营养治疗(MNT)是所有类型糖尿病治疗的基础,是糖尿病自然病程中任何阶段预防和控制所必不可少的措施。文章从能量分配、营养素需求量等方面针对糖尿病营养治疗的各个环节进行阐述,旨在以循证依据为基础提出中国MNT的模式。
In recent years, the number of people with diabetes worldwide at an alarming rate rapidly. 2007-- 2008 data for China was estimated that China＇s population affected by diabetes to reach 93 million, has become a serious mental and physical health of people major public health problem. Medical nutritional therapy in diabetes is the basis for all types of diabetes treatment is the natural history of diabetes at any stage,essential for the prevention and control measures. From the energy distribution, nutrient demand of nutrition therapy for diabetes and so on all aspects of the exposition is designed to make evidence - based model of medical nutritional therapy.
