摘要 The basic principle of solids velocity measurement based on spatial filtering effect of capacitive sensor is presented.The theoretical response of capacitive sensor electrodes to permittivity impulse signals is derived, The relationship between the frequency bandwidth of capacitive sensor and solids velocity has been found. At last the method is discussed.
