摘要 通过借鉴国外的先进挤压技术与装备,我公司建成一条达到国内领先水平的等温快速挤压示范生产线。该生产线可生产尺寸精度高、形状复杂、外形美观的铝型材,具有高效率、低能耗、高成品率等优点。主要介绍了广东豪美铝业有限公司自主研发并集成应用的关键技术和设备,包括铸棒梯度冷却技术、温度-挤压速度闭环控制技术、液氮冷却挤压模具/氮气保护铝型材技术、高效节能快速长棒加热及热剪切机组、精密可控水-雾-气在线淬火装置及全自动带飞锯双牵引机系统。 An advanced isothermal quick extrusion demonstration line has been built up in Guangdong Haomei aluminum Co. Ltd. The oversea advanced technologies and units have been adopted on this line. It can produce profile with high dimension accuracy, complex shape and pretty appearance. The advantages of this line are high production efficiency, low energy consumption and high finishe product rate. The key technologies and equipments de- veloped by Haomei company are equipped on the line, such as gradient cooling technology for cast aluminum billet, monitor-loops for extrusion temperature and extrusion speed, liquid nitrogen cooling for extrusion die, nitrogen protection for extruded profile, long billet high speed heating device with high efficiency and energy saving, hot cutting shear, on line quenching unit with water-fog-gas accuracy controlling and full automatic flying saw with double pulling system.
