摘要
对 5~12 V 推挽式开关电容 D C D C 变换器的性能进行了理论分析及计算机仿真。结果表明,该结构的输出电流可达 1 A 以上,效率优于 75 % ,输出电压纹波小于 20 m V,具有高功率密度、便于集成等优点。
A theoretical analysis on the performance of 5~12 V push pull switched capacitor DC DC converters is presented and the computer simulation on the device is described. It is concluded that an output current up to 1 A, an efficiency better than 75% and an output voltage ripple less than 20 mV has been achieved for this topology. Furthermore, it features high power density and is easy for integration.
