"知识发酵"理论是知识管理领域的新生物,它对知识活动的转换进行了系统、合理的阐释。数字图书馆知识管理的核心是寻求人与知识的有机结合,促进组织创新,如果将"知识发酵"理论应用于数字图书馆知识管理,必将对优化知识服务具有创新意义。
Knowledge fermenting is a new theory for biological knowledge management, which make a systematic and reasonable interpretation on the conversion of knowledge activities. The core of the digital library knowledge management is seeking the organic integration between people and knowledge, and promoting organizational innovation. If the knowledge fermenting theory is applied to knowledge management of digital library, knowledge services is bound to be optimized innovatively.
