摘要
介绍了PA1010塑料的物理、化学性能,通过对过滤罩结构和尺寸基本参数的分析,对过滤罩注射成型模具进行了整体设计和零件设计。该模具采用了三板式,三次开模,顶部针点式浇口,单型腔组合式型芯的瓣合模结构设计。脱模机构的设计,采用了弹簧辅助,斜导柱拉带动的滑槽式,小型芯镶嵌式的侧向抽芯分型机构。
After introducing the PA1010 plastic physical and chemical properties, through analysis of filters cover structure and size basic parameters, filtration cover injection molding the overall structure and component structure were designed. This mold is three-plate mold, adopted the coping needle point type gate, split-ring mold structure combined mold with single cavity insert. The design of the ejector of the machine is adopt the spring assistance, inclined slippery slot type and oblique guide pin drawstring, the side of the mini-type core inset side direction typing machine.
