摘要
本文把Ｘ线片主要病理改变为钩椎关节增生的颈椎病称之为钩椎关节病。根据４０例临床资料分析，认识到钩椎关节病临床表现的三大特征，并结合Ｘ线片的病理改变和钩椎关节的解剖结构，探讨了钩椎关节病的发病机理。
We named the cervical spondylosis with Luschka's joint hyperplasia on the X-ray films as main pathological change as Luschka's joint diseases.According to the datas of 40 cases,We have a knowlege of three kinds of the clinical manifestation of Luschka's joint deseases.And conbining the pathological change on the X-ray films with the anatomical structure of Luschka's joints,analyze the mechanism of producing Luschka's joint diseases.
