摘要
为探讨会阴部烧伤瘢痕临床特点。方法：近其对会阴部功能形态的影响程度分型。结果：分为外展功能障碍型（18例），下蹲功能障碍型（5例），外生殖器官功能障碍型（4例），肛门功能障碍型（6例），复合功能障碍型（18例）等五种类型。分别以彻底松解挛缩，大块中厚皮移植，局部或轴型皮瓣等修复畸形。结论：使分型与治疗相联系。
To make clear the clinical characteristics of cicatricial deformity of per-ineal burn. Method: Cicatricial deformity of perineal burn is classified into 5 types accordirig to theimpairment of the function. Results: They are classified as 1, impairment of abductional function (18cases), 2, impairment of squatting function (5 cases), 3, external genital organ dysfunction (4 cas-es), 4, anal dysfunction (6 cases) and 5, complex dysfunction (18 cases). They are repaired respec-tively by thorough relaxation of the contracture, skin transplantation using large and moderately thickflaps, local or axial flaps, etc. Conclusion: The repair method for cicatricial deformity depends on thetype of the deformity.
