摘要
兴边富民行动是国家民委按照中央部署、联合国务院有关部门倡议发起的旨在"富民、兴边、强国、睦邻"的一项国家行动,兴边富民行动10年来,成就显著,边境地区社会经济快速发展,呈现出民族团结、边防巩固、国家统一、睦邻友好的良好发展态势,"富民、兴边、强国、睦邻"的目标正在变为现实。兴边富民行动实施10年来,基本形成了符合边境地区发展实际的基本经验。兴边富民行动是一项长期而艰巨的任务,深入推进兴边富民行动还面临许多亟待解决的问题。本文在重点回顾、总结10年来兴边富民行动的成就和主要经验的基础上,分析兴边富民行动面临的困难和问题,并提出了下一步深入推进兴边富民行动的对策建议。
The ten years＇ program to der areas is a national action in order to ＂ develop border areas and improve the lives of the people in bor- enriching, rejuvenating the side, power and good -neighborliness＂, which initiated by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and other departments of the State Council. The action has made great development showing a situation of national unity and border defense and national unity and goodnei prosperous country, ghborliness, the goal of ＂enriching the seeking friendly neighbor relations＂ is years＇ development, the fundamental experience has been people, rejuvenating the border areas, building becoming a reality in border areas. After ten initially formed. The program to develop border areas and improve the lives of the people in border areas is a long - term and arduous task, while to bring prosperity to border areas still faces many problems to be solved. This paper reviews the achievements and summarizes the basic experiences of ten years＇ program to develop border areas and improve the lives of the people, and analyzes the difficulties and problems, as well as puts forward some suggestions to further implement the program to develop border areas and improve the lives of the people.
