摘要
高校停车不同于城市停车,是静态交通的一个特殊组成部分,在今后相当长的一段时间内,很多高校将面临停车问题,该文以南京林业大学为例,通过对校园停车特性的分析,提出解决校园停车问题的基本思路,在停车需求预测的基础上,对校园停车进行分区规划,最后提出停车许可证管理制度,与停车规划相结合,使规划与管理相协调,为缓解高校停车问题提供参考。
:As a special part of static traffic,campus parking is different from the city parking. In a long period of time, many universities will face parking problems. Taking Nanjing Forestry University as an example,this paper analysed campus parking characteristics,and proposed solving method for the problem,which included conducting district planning and parking permit management to coordinate the planning and management and alleviate campus parking problems.
