摘要
足跟痛多见于中老年人,体型肥胖者更易患此病,它包括跟下脂肪垫炎、跖腱膜炎、跟下骨膜炎、跟下骨刺等疾患,严重影响中老年人的身心健康。 作者采用巨微追踪的解剖方法,观察了30例(男12、女18)成人下肢足跟部分的神经分布和来源,并以内、外踝等骨性标志为基准点。
The author made observation on 30 cases of painful heels withanatomical method to explore the features of nervous innervation in the heels and their relationship with painful heel, in an attempt to provide an anatomical basis for the treatment of painful heels.
