血清抑制素B、IGF-1和IGF-2水平与多囊卵巢综合征的关系及其临床意义 被引量:3

Correlations of Serum INHB、IGF-1 and IGF-2 Level and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨血清抑制素B(INHB)、类胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和类胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的关系及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测60例多囊卵巢综合征患者血清中INHBI、GF-1和IGF-2浓度水平,并与60例健康人作对照。结果 PCOS患者组的血清INHBI、GF-1和IGF-2水平高于正常对照组(t=2.246t,=2.552,t=2.046,均P<0.05);血清INHB与IGF-1I、GF-2水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.535r,=0.623,均P<0.05),血清IGF-1与IGF-2水平也呈正相关(r=0.728,P<0.05)。结论血清INHBI、GF-1和IGF-2可能参与了PCOS的发病过程和肥胖的形成,可能成为PCOS的预测因子。 Objective To explore the relation between serum INHB,IGF-1 and IGF-2 level and polycystic ovarian syndrome and its clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of INHB,IGF-1 and IGF-2 were measured with ELISA in 60 cases patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome, and 60 healthy people as controls. Results The levels of serum INHB,IGF-1 and IGF-2 in patients with PCOS group were higher than that of control group respectively (t=2.246,t=-2.552,t=-2.046,all P〈0.05). The serum level of INHB is positive correlation with IGF-1 and IGF-2 (r=0.535,r=0.623,all P〈0.05). And the level of IGF-1 were significantly positive correlation with IGF-2(r=-0.728,P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum INHB,IGF-1 and IGF-2 may be involved in the pathogenesis and obesity of polycystic ovarian syndrome, which may be a predictor of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
