摘要
目的探讨针灸推拿在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用和临床疗效。方法将我院2007年间收治的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组实施针灸与推拿治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈16例,显效9例,有效5例,总有效率为88.2%,显著高于对照组的70.6%。结论针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症有良好的疗效,能促进患者的功能恢复,提高患者的生活能力。
Objective Discussion acupuncture massage in treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness application and clinical curative effect. Methods Sixty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly in 2007,the conven pharmacological treatment were used in control group,whire acupuncture and the massage were used in treat tionment group,compared with two groups of clinical curative effects. Results The treatment group,the patients of 16 cases were cured,9 cases improved,5 cases were effective,the total effectiveness is 88.2%,obviously is higher than the control group 70.6%. Conclusion Acupuncture massage treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness has the good curative effect, can promote patient＇s function restoration, sharpens patient＇s viability.
