摘要
目的探讨宫颈糜烂与宫颈上皮内瘤变的关系。方法回顾性分析2006年4月～2010年4月在我院妇科门诊行宫颈细胞学检查的12904例患者的临床资料,其中进一步接受阴道镜检查5078例,阴道镜下取活检1571例。结果宫颈光滑及宫颈糜烂不同分度与宫颈上皮内瘤变之间无明显相关性。结论宫颈上皮内瘤变的程度不会因为宫颈糜烂分度加重而升级,两者间并无明确相关性。
Objective To evaluate cervical erosion and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia relationship. Methods A retrospective analysis from April 2006 to April 2010 in our hospital outpatient gynecology 12904 cases of cervical cytology, of which 5078 cases and further acceptance of colposcopy, colposcopic biopsy 1571 cases. Results Comparison of different cervical smooth and cervical erosion, grading and cervical eervicalintraepithelial neoplasia was no significant correlation between. Conclusion Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cervical level would not increase the degree of cervical erosion points to upgrade, there is no clear correlation between the two.
