摘要
学生自我管理是当前"以人为本"教育理念与素质教育对学生学习发展提出的必然要求,也是学校学生管理工作的出发点与诉求。本文在对高职院校学生自我管理现状进行描述的基础上,从家庭教育和学校教育两方面对学生自我管理的问题进行归因分析,并提出加强高职学生自我管理的举措。
Student self- management is the necessary requirements of people - oriented principle and education for all - around development, and it is also the starting point and the demand of college student management. Based on the description of self - manage- ment situation in vocational college,from both family education and school education to analyzing the reason of student self- manage- ment issues,then propose the measures of strengthening vocational college student self- management.
