摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的优点及围手术期护理方法。方法：对我院2009年6月～2010年6月120例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者进行回顾性分析。结果：通过对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者120例嗣手术期的精心护岬，均顺利度过手术危险期，痊愈出院：结论：罔手术期精心的护理是腹腔镜阑尾切除术成功的关键。
Purpose： Probe into peritoneoscope advantage of appendectomy and enclose operation attend to the method period. Method： The appendectomy patient of 120 peritoneoscopes will analyze the reviewing to June of 2009 - June of 2010 of our academy. Resuit： Through enclosing metieulous nursing of period of operation to 120 peritoneascope appendectomy patients, spend critical days for the operalion smoothly, fully recover and leave hospital. Conclusion： It is the key that the perltoneoseope appendectomy sneeeeds to enelose the meticulous nursing of period of operation.
