摘要
重点讨论了采用双节Wilkinson结构的宽带等功率分配器。经与单节二等分功率分配器在频率特性上的比较,确定了在宽带中采用双节二等分功率分配器的必要性。在介绍双节二等分功率分配器工作原理的基础上,使用ADS软件进行设计、仿真和优化了功率分配器两臂微带线阻抗值和两个隔离电阻值。制作了基于介电常数为2.65的聚四氟乙烯基板和介电常数为4.5的FR-4基板的两种功率分配器实例,经矢量网络分析仪对加工的两种功率分配器进行S参数实测,获得了与仿真值吻合较好的预期结果。
Focuses on the structure with Double broadband Wilkinson power divider.Bisection with a single power divider on the frequency characteristics were compared to determine the use of double in the broadband power splitter necessity.First introduced the principle of double power splitter,and then use the ADS software design,simulation and optimization of the power divider arms impedance microstrip line and two isolation resistance.The two examples of the power divider were produced based on PTFE substrate（ε=2.65）and the FR-4 substrate（ε=4.5）.The two power divider were measured by vector network analyzer,which in good agreement with the expected results.
