摘要
"民族自决"诞生以来,对建立近现代民族国家、推进世界非殖民化过程以及奠定现代国际关系基础产生了积极的作用。然而民族分裂分子在所谓"民族、国家一体论"以及"民族自决第一"大旗的引领下,对"民族自决权"肆意进行曲解。在面对民族分立主义重新抬头的今天,我们有必要对之进行重新认识。真正的"民族自决权"应该是在国家主权范围内进行自我管理、自我发展的权利,国家主权是各民族共同享有的民族自决权,国家主权代表所有民族的根本利益。
National self-determination plays a vital role in building modern nation states,propelling the world non-colonial process and laying the foundation of modern international relationships since it began However,national separatist wantonly distort the right of national self-determination with the so-called oneness of nationality and state and that national self-determination comes first.It is necessary to insight the national self-determination again with the resurgent national schism.The true right of national self-determination is the right of self-management and self-development within the limit of national sovereignty while national sovereignty is what all nationalities enjoy and what represents the fundamental interests of all nationalities.
