摘要
利用宽板拉伸试样裂纹尖端张开位移CTOD驱动力曲线的分析方法,对符合Ramberg-Osgood应力应变关系的材料,通过推导分析得出了一种CTOD设计曲线表达形式。该设计曲线的主要特点是将材料的幂硬化指数n、材料常数α与结构的厚度因素引入了设计曲线,并将焊接接头力学不均匀性因素从CTOD设计曲线中分离出来,改变了现有设计曲线安全系数不确定的问题,为利用CTOD方法较为准确地分析实际工程材料的弹塑性断裂问题提供了一种新的设计曲线。
By means of the plane-stress CTOD crack growth driving force analysis in the tensile wide plate specimen,a CTOD design curve is derived for the material in consideration of the stress-strain relation following the Ramberg-Osgood law. The feature of the new CTOD design curve is that the material strain-hardening exponent n, material constant α and plate thickness coefficient κ are introduced to the design curve, and the mechanical heterogeneity of welded joint is separated from the design curve. The the uncertainty of the safety coefficient on CTOD design curve is improved. The new CTOD design curve may be used to analyze the elastic-plastic fracture problem rather accurately for engineering structure.
