摘要
重点讨论高频信号激励下的感应同步器位移量调制解调原理，旨在解决传统低频激励方式下提高信噪比和提高分辨率之间的矛盾；最后给出了基于该原理的单片机鉴相型感应同步器位移计数器原理，较之传统的方法，其分辨率提高了１个数量级。
This paper mainly deals with the theroy of modulation-demodulation for the inductosyn displacement under high frequency signal impeling, so as to solve the contradition between increae signal to noise ratio and increae detecting resolution under traditional low frequency impeling.Based on this theroy, the paper gives out a principle of embed-controller phase detecting inductosyn counter,comparing with the traditional way,this method lets the resolution up to a higher level.
