摘要
本文论述了基于微机的齿轮传动系统复合测试站,包括测量原理、两级并行处理系统结构和软件结构等。初级变换网络实现多参数同时获取,宏流水线系统实现实时处理,双口存储器和信号灯逻辑实现环形滑动窗控制异构处理机间的数据流量,并达到任务级同步。该两级并行处理结构提高了测试站的性能。
This paper describes the multiteststation based on PC for gear-drive system,including method of measurement, software and parallel processing architecture with two stages.The compound transform of signals and sampling of complex data are achieved by primary parallel network,and the real -time intelligent analysis by macropipeline parallel processing system.Ring sliding window realized by DPRAM and semaphores controlls the data flow, and accomplishes task synchronization among isomeric processors.This parallel architecture improves theproperties of multiteststation.
