摘要
浙江经济的飞速发展令世人瞩目,究其原因固然很多,其中政府行政的开放、经济政策的开明和干群工作的开拓不失为根本所在。他们从"无为"中求"有为"、积小溪以成江河、植草根以成大树、借文化带动经济,形成了浙江经济发展中所特有的创业精神、创新理念和发展模式。这些都值得我们在实施安徽东向发展战略、加速安徽崛起,特别是进行皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设中加以认真思考和借鉴。
The economy of Zhejiang Province has made a great success all around the world,the most important and radical reason is the opening of government administrative,the openness of economic policy and the fundamental of the work of relationship between civilian and cadre.They work hardly,try they best step by step and finally promote the economy by the promotion of the culture.They formed a pioneering spirit,innovative concept and development which are only exist in the growing up of Zhejiang’s economy.All these are deserve to be seriously thinking and practices by us in the strategy of development of Anhui Province in east and accelerating the growing up of Anhui,especially in the constructing of role model region that undertake the industry transfer in the cities along the yangtze river in anhui province.
