无创肝纤维化检测与肝脏穿刺病理诊断的对照研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 肝脏穿刺目前被认为是诊断慢性肝病的＂金标准＂,但肝脏穿刺是有创性的检查,本身也具有诊断的局限性和操作的副作用。近年很多研究提示,慢性肝炎的无创性肝纤维化检测效果良好,可以与肝脏穿刺竞争。肝脏的无创肝纤维化检测主要有纤维化和炎症血清标准物检测（FT—AT）和肝纤维化瞬时弹性检测（TE，FibroScan）以及由两者延伸出来的复合无创性评估模型，
