摘要
胶囊台车顶升、运移大型沉箱工艺适用于固定沉箱预制场,主要由胶囊台车系统、胶囊注水系统、液压顶推系统三大部分组成。该工艺成功出运了6 000 t大型沉箱,首创了采用专用高压注水胶囊顶升大型沉箱的方法,突破了传统工艺只能出运3 000吨级沉箱的技术局面。对推进沉箱向大型化发展,大幅度压缩港口建设周期具有重大意义。
Launching technology of large-scale caisson lifted and shipped by capsule bogie is suitable to the fixed caisson prefabrication yard,which is made up of three major parts,capsule bogie system,capsule water injection system and hydraulic push towing system.This technology has launched 6 000 tons large-scale caissons successfully.It is the first to use the method of the special-purpose high-pressure water injection capsule to lift the large-scale caissons and broke through the technical aspect of traditional process which pauses for a long time to launch only 3 000 tons large-scale caissons.It has great significance for advancing the caisson to the large scale development and reducing the port construction cycle.
