摘要
针对云南澜沧铅矿有限公司锌冶炼厂近年来的生产状况,结合理论依据,探讨降低析出锌直流电耗的措施:选用优质的阴阳极板,选择合适的极间距,控制适宜的电流密度,严格控制电解液温度,控制合理的酸锌比等等,直流电耗由3 480 kW.h/tZn降至3 249 kW.h/tZn。
According to the production situation of Yunnan Lancang Lead Ore Co.,Ltd in recent years and the theoretical basis,the measures for reducing DC power consumption of zinc deposition are discussed in this paper: high quality cathode and anode plate is selected,and the appropriate distance between cathode and anode plate is selected,the proper current density is controlled,the temperature of electrolyte is strictly controlled,and the reasonable acid-zinc ratio is controlled,etc.The DC power consumption decrease from 3 480 kw·h/tZn to 3 249 kw·h/tZn.
