摘要
试验以内蒙古某地的铜铅锌复杂多金属矿为研究对象,原矿含Cu 0.25%、Pb 2.53%、Zn 4.47%,并且伴生Ag92.5 g/t、In 42.5 g/t,在研究了该矿石的工艺矿物学的基础上,主要进行了捕收剂的种类和用量试验,最终选择了YY-B01作为铜铅粗选的捕收剂,从而得到铜精矿中含Cu 17.62%、回收率达到58.26%;铅精矿含Pb 66.55%、回收率高达90.39%;锌精矿含Zn 48.12%,回收率90.29%;与此同时,铅精矿含Ag达到1 642.0 g/t、回收率60.3%,锌精矿含In达到248.7 g/t、回收率达到53.5%。结果表明,此浮选捕收剂可有效应用在该复杂多金属矿。
The copper lead zinc complex polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia is the experimental study object,raw ore contained Cu 0.25%,Pb 2.53%,Zn 4.47%,and associated with Ag 92.5 g/t、In 42.5 g/t,based on process mineralogy study,the test on the type and dosage of collector is carried out,and collector YY-B01 is selected as the collector for rougher flotation of copper lead,thereby the copper concentration contained Cu 17.62%,the recovery reached 58.26%;the lead concentration contained Pb 66.55%,the recovery reached 90.39%;the zinc concentration contained Zn 48.12%,the recovery reached 90.29%;in the meantime,the lead concentration contained Ag 1 642.0 g/t,the recovery is 60.3%,the lead concentration contained In 248.7 g/t,the recovery is 53.5%.The results show that the collector can be applied to this complex polymetallic ore.
