摘要
人海关系是海洋意识的核心,海洋意识是人们对人海关系的自觉意识,是人在社会活动中涉海行为的自我反映。当前国内外关于人海关系与现代海洋意识的理论建构较少,公众现代海洋意识淡漠。研究对人海关系及对应的海洋意识进行了历史梳理,并在此基础分析了人海关系的几种基本理念,提出新生态伦理学指导下的海洋文明意识观点;最后分析了现代海洋意识建构与海洋社会科学研究之间的关联,指出海洋社会科学的主要研究目的是构建现代海洋意识以促成新型人海关系。
Human-sea relation is the core of marine awareness which is people＇s self-awareness of the relation and their self-reflection of marine-related behavior in their social activities.Now there are few theoretical constructions of the human-sea relation and modern marine awareness since the public is indifferent to it.This paper outlines the history of the human-sea relation and corresponding marine awareness,and then analyzes several basic ideas of the relation and put forward the marine civilization consciousness under new ecological ethics.Finally,the paper analyzes the relevance of the construction of modern marine awareness to the research of marine social science,and points out that the main purpose of marine social science is to build new human-sea relation by constructing modern marine awareness.
