摘要
分析了当前机械制造企业在工艺设计及管理中存在的一些典型问题，提出了相应的解决措施，研制了一种集成化工艺设计及管理系统ＬＧＴＩＭ－ＣＡＰＰ。该系统能与编码系统、产品数据管理（ＰＤＭ）系统相结合，实现设计、工艺与制造信息的集成与共享。
Some typical problems in majority mechanical manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in detail in this paper. Corresponding solutions to these problems are presented, and the integrated process planning and management system LGTIM-CAPP is developed. Combined with Coding system and Product Data Manuagement(PDM), it can realize the integration and share of the information related to design, process and manfacturing.
