摘要
为初步探明在传统栽培模式下不同基因型香稻品种产量和品质表现,以8个不同基因类型的常规香稻品种为材料,以杂交香稻品种培杂软香为对照,进行相关研究。结果表明:籼型常规香稻品种美香占、巴斯马蒂370、桂香占、粤航一号产量较对照分别高出25.08%、22.26%、18.70%、14.57%,其中美香占、巴斯马蒂370产量显著高于对照。粳籼型常规香稻品种品14产量亦较对照高3.87%。通过相关性分析,表明单位面积颖花数的优势是高产的主要原因。品质方面美香占、桂香占、中香1号、饶平香品质较好,优势突出表现在精米率高、垩白米率低、米型纤长、胶软、直链淀粉含量适中。可见,籼型常规香稻品种美香占和桂香占在产量和品质上均具有一定的优势,推广前景大。
In order to ascertained the performance of yield and quality of aromatic rice in different genotypes in the traditional cultivation mode.Test material was 8 different conventional aromatic rice varieties in different genotypes and using hybrid rice varieties（peizaruanxiang） as CK,carried out relevant research.The results showed that conventional aromatic Indica varieties Meixiangzhan,Basmati 370,Guixiangzhan and Yuehangyihao respectively higher than the ck were 25.08%,22.26%,18.70%,14.57%,and the yield of meixiangzhan and basmati 370 significantly higher than CK.pin14 a japonica and indica varieties of conventional aromatic rice products 3.87% higher yield than CK.With the correlation analysis,the superiority of the Number of spikelets per unit area was the main reason for high yield.The quality of Meixiangzhan,Guixianzhan,Zhongxiangyihao and Raopingxiang were better.The Advantages highlighted in high milled rice rate,low chalky grain rate,long rice type,soft gel consistency and moderate amylose content.So,conventional aromatic Indica varieties： Meixiangzhan and Guixiangzhan both in yield and quality had a definite advantage and have a bright prospect of promotion.
