摘要
风险投资对高新技术产业的发展至关重要,是惠州市中小高科技企业更好的融资选择。惠州市在引入风险投资上取得了初步成绩,但必须根据惠州市高科技产业风险投资吸引力竞争的swot分析结果,解决企业自身在吸引风险投资上存在的问题。通过政府对风险投资的直接支持,拓宽资金来源,实行风险投资主体多元化、优化风险投资环境,加快制定有关风险投资的法令法规等措施,解决中小高科技企业的融资问题。
Risk investment is of vital importance to the development of high-tech industry and a better financing choice for the small-media high-tech enterprise.The initial achievement of risk investment in Huizhou is obvious,but these enterprises should deal with the problems arising in attracting investment according to the SWOT analysis.The government should support the risk investment to solve the problems by broadening the financing channel,multiplying the subject of risk investment,optimizing the environment of risk investment,promulgating regulations on risk investment.
