摘要
对某输气管爆裂原因进行分析，结果表明硫化物应力腐蚀是输气管爆裂的根本原因；补焊工艺不当使焊缝产生了马氏体组织及高的残余应力。
A natural gas pipeline ruptured suddenly along the spiral\|weld seam under normal operation pressure. Investigation and laboratory examination indicated that the cracking was caused by sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC).
