摘要
为了增产醋酸专用高纯度一氧化碳,通过Aspen Plus与Pro II模拟计算分析,提出了将现有合成气脱硫脱碳装置吸收塔的塔板改造成规整填料,以提高气体处理能力,采用膜分离装置对净化气各组份进行分离来生产一氧化碳。
Simulation and analysis on increasing production of high pure CO by membrane separation technique by Aspen Plus and Pro II to produce more acetic acid was conducted.It was proposed that reconstructing original trays in the absorbing column of the Rectisol unit to structured packing and then using membrane separation technique to separate CO was an efficient way to improve CO processing capacity.
