Surface shot peening of Al conductive coating on composite materials

摘要 在火焰喷涂过程中,金属Al的熔滴表面被氧化,在涂层中凝固时形成一层电绝缘的氧化物(Al2O3),同时涂层中的空隙都会影响Al涂层的导电性能。本文通过对涂层表面进行喷丸处理,从而细化熔滴颗粒,降低涂层孔隙率,提高涂层的导电性能。经过喷丸处理后的涂层,电阻可以减小至0.043 mΩ,与未经过喷丸处理的涂层比较,电导率提高至1倍。 The surfaces of Aluminum melt drops had been oxidized during the process of flame-spraying,a layer of nonconductive oxide(Al2O3) was formed while melt-drops solidified in the coating.Meanwhile,the voids in the coating had an effect on the conductive property of Al coating.In this paper,the melt-drop grains were refined by shot peening treatment on the coating surface,porosity of coating got minimized,and conductive property was also improved.Compared with un-shot peened coatings,the resistance of shot peened coating had decreased to 0.043 mΩ while the conductivity was improved by one time.
