摘要
本文以实验室培养为主,结合自然种群调查,观测厦门港真刺唇角水蚤各发育阶段体长、体重的增长状况,并研究了其生长率与温度、发育期的关系。
Growth rate was studied for Labidocera euchaeta Giesbrecht in Xiamen Harbor. It was revealed that sizes of eggs, larvae and adults were negatively correlated with temperature. In situ egg diameter(D_m) and cephalothorax length of field females (CL) had such relations with temperature (t) as,D_m=152. 9—0.93t;CL=2430.9—26.7t. Naupliar stages had no detectable weight increment while copepodite stages (C) had remarkable increment which increased with stages,particularly greatly during CV—CVI. The relation between body weight (DW) and cephalothorax length (CL)of copepodites could be fitted to lgDW=-6.259+2.461 lgCL. Specific growth rate was positively correlated with temperature and increased with stages during early copepodite stages [C I—C Ⅲ/C Ⅳ(♂)] ,but decreased during late copepodite stages[C Ⅲ / C Ⅳ(♂)-C Ⅵ]. Copepodites appeared to grow exponentially with three different coefficients of growth from CⅠ to C Ⅵ,k(CⅠ—CⅡ)=0.107—0.225;k[(C Ⅱ—C Ⅳ(♂)/C Ⅲ—C Ⅳ(♂)3=0.176—0.752;k(C Ⅳ—C Ⅵ)=0.103—0.252.
