急腹症超声诊断中漏误诊的原因分析 被引量：2

摘要 急腹症是腹内某一脏器突发器质性病变引起的急性腹痛,具有起病急、发展快、病情重、变化多、病因复杂的特点。故早期、及时、准确的诊断是制定治疗措施的前提条件。近年随着超声医学的迅速发展,超声检查已成为急腹症诊断和鉴别诊断的重要手段[1]。本文就本院2007年5月至2009年5月收治的急腹症病例进行回顾性分析,旨在探讨急腹症超声诊断中漏误诊的原因。
