摘要
土地流转在推进中国农业现代化进程、促进农民增收等方面起到了重大作用。但是也带来许多负面影响,如乱占耕地"、非粮化""、城市病"等。这就要规范土地流转,保障粮食安全。
Land circulation has played a major role in promoting China＇s agricultural modernization process,increasing peasant income,etc.However,it has also brought some negative effects,such as the random occupation of farmlands,＂non-food＂ and＂urban disease＂.Therefore,It is necessary to regulate Land Circulation and ensure Food Security.
