摘要
本文首次报道了正常文昌鱼精子的运动方式和寿命,以及海水盐度和pH值对其活动和寿命的影响。
This paper reports for the first time the modality and lifespan of the lancelet sperm motility,and the effects of the different seawater salinity and pH on its activity and lifespan. The results indicate the normal sperm lifespan of the lancelet is about 21 rain 34s,and the modality of its motility differs,for example,the movement around a circle,along a straight line,or rapidly at the original spot. pH 8.5—9.0 and salinity per thousand are the most suitable conditions for the lancelet sperm. Their average lifespan is respectively about 25 min 36s and 29 min 9s.
