摘要
本文介绍了用0.5mol/L[HCl]浸取海洋悬浮物,并在全聚四氟乙烯密闭消化罐中,于98±2℃下用王水+HF消解悬浮物样品,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法连续测定其Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Co,Ni,Mn,Cr,Fe和Al等10种金属元素的弱结合、强结合颗拉态及总含量的方法。对浸取所用酸的酸度、体积和浸取时间以及消解溶剂、温度和时间等进行了比较和选择。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, Fe and Al in the total ,weakly and strongly bound fraction of suspended matter by GFAAS is described. The weakly bound fraction was leached with 0.5mol/L[HCI] ,and the residual or total sample was decomposed in a teflon bomb with HF/aqua regia. The sum of the weakly and strongly bound fraction equals to the total concentration of metals. The precisions are better than±5% for Fe and Al,and ±9% for the other metals. The accuracy of the analyses is good from the use of reference materials of Canada estuarine sediments MESS-1 and BCSS-1。
