摘要
目的探讨长龙清洗机清洗再生器械清洗液的有效使用频数。方法采用目测、潜血实验及细菌培养法检测长龙清洗机相同规范化清洗流程清洗1~7筐器械合格率。结果目测、细菌培养检测第5、6、7筐与第1筐比较,潜血实验第6、7筐与第1筐比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用长龙清洗机按规范化清洗流程清洗再生器械,清洗4筐器械就应更换水及清洗酶,才能保证清洗质量。
Objective To explore effective number of times of cleaning fluid used to clean recycling medical instruments with the Changlong flushing machine.Methods The visual observation,occult blood test and germiculture were used to detect qualified rates of the 1st to 7th baskets of the recycling medical instruments which were washed with the Changlong flushing machine using the same stan dardized cleaning process.Results Statistical differences were found in the qualified rates between the 5th,6th,7th and 1st baskets which were detected by visual observation and germiculture,and between the 6th,7th baskets and 1st basket by using occult blood test method(P0.05 for all).Conclusion In order to ensure the cleaning quality,the cleaning liquid should be changed when the 4th basket of recyling medical instruments are cleaned with Changlong flushing machine using the standardized cleaning process.
