摘要
目的:观察自拟泻黄解毒汤治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将48例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组24例和对照组24例,两组患儿均给予新博林、阿莫西林口服及氯锌油、炉甘石水局部外涂,治疗组在此基础上再予口服中药自拟泻黄解毒汤治疗,7日为一疗程,分别观察其治疗效果并进行比较。结果:治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:泻黄解毒汤配合西药治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease by xiehuang jiedu decoction by oneself. Methods： Fouty eight children were equally randomly devided into treatment group and control group, two groups of children were given the new boleyn, oral amoxicillin and zinc chloride oil, calamine water coated in the local area, on this basis, the treatment group was treated by oral medicine diarrhea decoction of self, seven days for a course, the treatment effects were observed and compared. Result： The effect of treatment group significantly better than control group, statistically significant difference（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） Conclusion： Treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease by xiehuang jiedu decoction plus the western medicine has a significant effect.
