摘要
介绍了淬火油的基本冷却特性,针对小模数齿轮渗碳淬火提出了油品选择的建议。以半轴齿轮为例,采用不同冷却性能的油品进行试验,证明通过油品调整可以有效控制变形。
The basic cooling characteristics of quenching oil is introduced,Some suggestion about how to choose quenching oil for small module gear is provided.As an example of the semiaxle gear,the deformation of carburizing gear can be effectively controlled by adjustment deformation,through using oils with different cooling characteristics.
