摘要
目的:探讨实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information System,LIS)在临床实验室规范化管理中的作用。方法:介绍实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information System,LIS)的组成和结合ISO15189要求设定相应的功能的应用。结果:LIS具有功能强大的软件系统,其中包括病人资料数据库、数据接收功能、质控数据管理、数据分析功能,能实现对实验室标准化、规范化管理提供管理平台。结论:按照医学实验室质量管理文件《医学实验室质量和能力的专用要求》即ISO15189:2007及或"国标"GB/T22586:2008-/ISO5189:2007在LIS上设定相应的功能,有助于实现对实验室的标准化、规范化管理。
Objective：To evaluate the role of laboratory information system（Laboratory Information System,LIS） in Standardized management of clinical laboratory.Methods：Introduce components of laboratory information system（Laboratory Information System, LIS） and each part function in ISO15189.Results：LIS is a powerful software system,including patient information databases, data reception,quality control data management,data analysis.The laboratory can achieve standardization management platform. Conclusion：Based on Medical Laboratory Quality Management File＂Medical laboratory quality and competence requirements＂ISO15189：2007 and or the＂national standard＂GB/T22586：2008-/ISO5189：2007 applicate appropriate functions in the LIS to achieve the standardization management.
