中师教育传统的价值追寻与现实反思——以湖南一师为例 被引量:12

On the Pursuit of the Traditional Values and Practical Reflection of Normal School Education——Taking the First Normal College of Hunan as an Example

摘要 在我国有着百年办学历史的中师教育尽管已淡出教育舞台,但并不意味着中师教育生命意义的完结与凋零。分析与梳理中师教育文化传统,挖掘、整理其内在的价值品质,汲取其合理有效的成就因素,以促进当代教师教育的健全、有序、科学发展,是我们应当采取的基本态度,也因此具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。 In China,the Normal School Education,which had provided great influence for the primary schools in last one century,has been ended for many reasons.For us,its ending does not mean the completely quit of the influence of the Normal School Education.In order to promote the development of contemporary teacher education,we can analysis and card the cultural tradition of normal school education,mine and finish its value quality and draw its accomplishing factor which is reasonable and effective.
