恩德粉煤气化炉如何减少煤泥产出量和降低煤泥含碳

摘要 恩德粉煤气化炉的投入使用,有效的降低了煤气成本,拓宽了原料采购空间,属于实用新型煤气发生炉。但生产中产生的大量煤泥的含碳高达30%,既影响经济技术指标,又对周边环境造成污染。本文分析了恩德炉气化原理,研究通过改善入炉煤质量,提高操作工操作水平等措施解决了存在的问题,使煤泥量降到占入炉煤的17.5%,煤泥含碳降到25%以下。 Using pulverized coal into the gasifier can effectively reduce the gas cost and broaden the raw material procurement space.It is belong to a kind of new-type practical gas occurrence boiler.However,a large amount of coal slime came from production even up to 30% impacted both economic technical indicators and the surrounding environment.By studing the principle of pulverized coal technology in the paper,improving the quality of coal into the furnace and some other measures of improving operational level of operatives,existing problems were solved.The amount of coal into the furnace down to 17.5%,carbon slurry in coal less to 25%.
