Key transport facility is not only an important basis of economic development, but sustainable valuable resources of tourism development. In this paper, we focus on the Trans-strait Passage in the Bohai Strait and aim to analyse quantitatively changes in highway network accessibility in Bohai Rim Region, caused by the Trans-strait Passage through network accessibility index, three-steps depth value and distance accessibility index. Choosiiag point betweenness centrality and line betweenness centrality as the indicators, we analysed quantitatively the influence of the Tram-strait Passage in railway network accessibility in Bohai Rim Region.. Based on comprehensive consideration of the changes of transport accessibility, tourism resources, tourist market, tourist line and ete, we found that: Dalian and Yantai become new traffic hubs and tourism growth poles in Bohai Rim Region; Trans-strait Passage tourism development axis will be more obvious; this tourism development axis radiates Shandong Peninsula and Liaodong Peninsula, form two tourism radiation belts--Shandong Mountain- Sage and Qilu culture tourism radiation belt and Central and Southern of Liaoning tourism radiationbelt; under the influence of the Trans-strait Passage, tourism spatial structure in Bohai Rim Region with the former "Two growth poles, Four development axises, Three tourism plates, Five regions" evolved into "Two growth poles, Two development axises, Three tourism plates, Six regions, Two radiatings".
