摘要
为使灌区水资源得到合理的优化配置,根据3S技术能够快速获取信息的特点,在满足灌区作物基本需水量和不同水价标准的前提下,建立了以灌区渠道水量损失最小和水费收入最高为目标的配水模型.以冯家山水库北干十一支灌区为例,用3S技术获取不同作物在不同灌溉制度下的需水量数据,并根据来水水量对模型进行求解,得到各斗渠的配水水量,以及灌区水价最高时的总收入.结果表明,本模型具有很强的实用性、操作性和推广性.
According to the prompt and precise data acquisition of 3S technology,a water distribution model is built to acquire the highest water income of the irrigation district and the smallest conveyance loss of the canal system,under the premise of satisfying the basic crop water requirements and different criteria of water prices.Taking the No.11 branch of North Main Channel in Fengjiashan Irrigation Region for example,the different crop water requirements data in different irrigation regimes are collected with 3S technology.The distribution water amount of each lateral channel and the total income of the highest water price can be obtained by the model solution with incoming water.Therefore,this model can be widely used and popularized in other irrigation districts.
