摘要
目的分析和探讨良性颅内压增高(BIH)的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾分析101例BIH患者的临床资料,男32例,女69例。平均年龄35.8岁。平均病程3.9月。临床症状和体征主要为头痛、恶心、呕吐,视力减退和视乳头水肿,头CT及MRI有助于诊断。治疗措施包括激素、脱水药、多次腰穿、脑室持续引流或颞肌下减压术等。结果83例症状体征恢复满意或有明显改善(82.2％),无死亡。结论 对BIH进行早期诊断和治疗可获得较好疗效。
