摘要
金属橡胶可变形材料内部不锈钢丝的勾连结构对其减振、过滤、吸声降噪等性能都有重要影响,MR材料的制备主要依赖于经验参数和多次尝试的方法,极大地限制了此种新材料的推广应用,为了实现此类新材料的参数化设计,提出了基于CAD技术对MR材料进行三维结构建模的方法,利用AutoCAD的二次开发工具ObjectARX,开发了交互式参数化设计的应用程序,该程序以离散和自适应算法重点解决钢丝重叠问题,使得MR三维模型更加真实可靠.研究结果表明:该方法实现了MR材料的参数化设计,可明显缩短产品开发周期,建立的模型可用于统计计算MR材料的固相体积分数和钢丝接触点数以预报预测其性能-结构关系.
Stainless steel wires′ interleaved structure in Metal Rubber(MR) has notable effects on MR components′ performances of damping,filtration,sound absorbing,etc..At the present time,preparation of MR mostly depends on experiences and trials,which greatly limits such new material′s further application.For the sake of seeking a new method to realize parametrical design,redevelopment tool of AutoCAD,ObjectARX,is used to make the 3D solid modeling of MR′s structures.An interactive design program is developed and wires′ interleaving and overlapping problems are solved by dispersing and self-adapt arithmetic.The modeling researches indicate: MR′s parametrical design can be realized in this program and MR products′ development period will be shortened evidently;in this model,volume proportion of wires and number of contacting points are calculated based on computing,which can be used to predict the relationship of performance VS.structures;meanwhile the modeling work will establish necessary foundations for MR materials′ mechanism studies
