摘要
目的:对复方丹参片中丹参质量控制提供依据。方法:波长处的吸收值为定量指标,对不同厂家的复方丹参片及不同产地的丹参药材的吸收值进行了试验。结果:不同厂家生产的复方丹参片及不同地的丹参药材,其吸收值存在着明显差异。结论:复方丹参片中丹参的水溶性成分在283nm波长处的吸收值应在0.5以上,可用以控制复方丹参片的质量标准。
VE:To provide a basis for the quality control of Fufang Danshen Pian. METHODS: The qualitateve analysis was carried out with content water-solubility of Salviae mil-tiorrhizae from Fufang Danshen Pian made by different pharmaceutic factories and Danshen medicine material of different resources. RESULT:The absorption value of Danshen has obvious difference in different factories and different resources. CONCLUSION:The absorption value of content water-solubility which is more than 0. 5 and determination at 283 nm could control the quality satadard of Fufang Danshen pian.
